Currently, smartphone addiction is a serious problem, especially among young people. They get distracted by social media and video sites, making it difficult to focus on what they need to do. They keep checking their phone notifications multiple times while studying. Before they realize it, the whole day is gone because they were looking at their phones. This issue is not just a short-term problem. Overuse of smartphones can lead to long-term health problems, both physically and mentally, such as sleep deprivation and detachment from the real world.
